Dark souls 3 order of passage of locations. Walkthrough Dark Souls III - Road of Sacrifices - Path of sacrifices. Joining someone else's game

We find ourselves on the outskirts of the famous swamps. We move to the left, sorting out along the way with the harpies. Behind the cart on the right, don't miss the Traveler's Soul. Next, there will be two harpies at once and a harpy magician on the left. They can be shot from afar. In general, the harpies are blind and can hardly see you. Kill the magician on the left, letting out a poisonous cloud, and turn right. There will be a half-naked poor man in a cap and with a large cleaver. If you succeed, you will get a Butcher Knife and a whole set of bandit armor. We run to the end of the corridor and take the robber's daggers.

Now you need to run across the bridge guarded by two harpies and a mage on the hill. It is better to lure the harpies from the bridge so that they are out of range of the magician's support, and you, so that there is where to turn around. Next up is a bonfire. Save, exchange the accumulated good, chat with the guards standing on the left, and move on. Now it will be very difficult.

The suburb of swamps begins. Run down the only corridor, dealing with the peasants with stakes. Go a little further until you hit the swamps. More precisely, in their first, easy part.

The most interesting thing in the swamps will be on their left side, as well as in the area guarded by huge crabs that will spit poison and beat very hard with their claws. It won't be easy to run away from them. The swamp itself has no corridors. This is one big location, where the most interesting is hidden around its edges. Explore the swamp and run to the central ruined building, on the steps of which you will be met by two pot-bellied knights with a club and a sword. It is better to fight with them, luring each one by one. If it works, then go down the long stairs.

Here, in the catacombs, you can find the ring of the sage in the corner, as well as get hit in the neck by a zombie with a cross on its back and burning eyes. Fight him or run away along the only corridor, at the end of which there will be a fire. Light it up and go out into the swamps.

Swamps.

The main thing that can be said about the swamps is that you are unlikely to be able to cleanly cut out all its inhabitants, especially for hefty monsters with club-trees, similar to the Japanese Godzilla. The swamp itself is small, but the developers decided to once again annoy, and forbade 80% of the entire swampy location to run. Either slow walking, or exhausting jumps and rolls. The nuance is that the monsters run very quickly through the swamps, so it’s not always possible to run away from them.

The swamps are presented as one large location, where all the most interesting lies either on the hills, or in rare towers, or along the edges. By the way, the most dangerous monsters walk along the edges. Particularly "pleased" with pop-eyed flies that catch up with you in any case, and send a curse that will kill anyone within 3-5 seconds if you do not run away from the cloud.

Your main landmark is the bonfires. Move in their direction, and try not to engage in combat with several enemies at the same time. Your task is to extinguish the three bowls of fire, which will allow you to light three urns and open the stone gate located in the far right corner of the swamps. Fire bowls are located at the far end of the swamps, mostly in the center. There are three in total. The platforms with them are on a hill, to which steps lead, at the foot of which bonfires will burn, several of them. If you saw all this, and even Godzilla walking nearby, then this is what you need.

After you put out the three thickets, run to the right, along the farthest wall, on the left in a pile there will be “Godzillas” (behind them, by the way, on the left, there will be some loot). But you need a little to the right, there, behind the burning bowls, you will see the opened stone gates. We run into them.

Your path lies on the right side. Run along the dirt corridor, keep a little to the right, and when you climb up, you will see a stone wall on the right (you need to turn around sharply) with an opening in it. You go there, because you need to finish with the swamp.

Run along the corridor, light a fire (bonfires will come across more often, because it will be very difficult). Further, behind the already familiar crystal-ice lizard, on the right there will be a scroll More magical weapons. Pick up, open the door (now you can travel to this location directly, past the swamps) and go back.

Run out to the site and go without turning anywhere along the central corridor, studded with swords, like flags. You will be met by a large number of strong enemies, which even make no sense to list. Most likely, you will die here several times (as happened with us) and subsequently you will run through this very corridor, up to the wooden gate, dodging the battle. The boss is waiting for you outside the gate.

There are three keepers. These are rather banal, but very frisky swordsmen, and, as far as one can understand, they have been fighting each other for centuries. So help them with this. If you hook one Guardian and run towards another, they will be distracted from you and start fighting each other. As far as one can understand, the lives taken in such a battle are then restored. There are three guardians in total. There is one life for three guardians, but it is better, of course, to kill first one, then the other, and then take on the third. The only right decision in the fight against them is to run around the location and pit the Guardians against each other. When they start to fight, you run up and hit the first one that comes across, it's better to hit from the back, so the damage is stronger. But your suffering doesn't end there. After you kill the guardians, one of them will resurrect in the form of the Lord of Ash, which will be even more difficult.

His main attack is a swift, "locomotive" passage in your direction with an obligatory fiery plume. In general, this is a fire boss, so if you have the opportunity to neutralize fire attacks, do it. The key to victory over the resurrected keeper is constant rolls and strikes in rare pauses when the boss is resting. You will receive the lord's ashes and the soul of wolf blood.

That's it, you can run out into the open gate, not forgetting to light another fire.

V Dark Souls 3 Path of Sacrifices- a gloomy quagmire, covered with the ruins of castles and a network of narrow paths. Enemies encountered there mostly inflict poison or bleed effects on the player, as well as deal considerable magic damage. Before entering the location, it is worth checking your equipment for resistance and the presence of items that increase resistance to these effects.

Enemies

Several enemies deserve special attention:

  1. Raven Demon. Alone, these enemies are harmless enough, because in order to reveal their potential, they need to spread their wings. If you encounter a group of such demons, then either try to deal with them all at once, or lure them out one at a time, otherwise try to retreat.
  2. Werewolves. Insidious enemies pretending to be corpses like to ambush. Try to either keep them stunned or go around from behind (they don't react much to this).
  3. Giant crabs. A very strong and mobile enemy, despite the apparent bulkiness. If you can’t kill them, then you can lure them to narrow and low arches and calmly shoot them with a bow or with the help of spells.

Location Boss

Also a mini-boss of the Forbidden Archive. Most of his attacks consist of spells from the Charm school, which are easy to dodge, so it is recommended to stay close to him. After the Connoisseur takes a certain amount of damage, he may disappear from the arena for a while, and instead, exploding crystals will begin to appear on the arena. There is one interesting feature that allows you to guess where the boss will move: crystals do not explode near him.

The boss also has a second stage, he summons copies of himself (one-hit dying regardless of his strength), casting spells, mainly soul spears. They are easy to dodge, plus the spell copies are blue and the boss is purple, so it won't be easy to miss the target.

It is possible to avoid the boss disappearing/spawning by keeping him permanently stunned. A weapon with a high attack speed that imposes various negative effects is perfect.

In addition, Aegon from Karim can be called to fight the boss after being released from the dungeon and talking with the knight himself.

Characters

In the location, near the second fire "Unfinished Fortress" you can meet for the first time and accompanying her / him. This encounter starts a quest chain involving Anri, which may end in a sacrifice.

Here you can also meet , an exiled assassin, and now a spell merchant of the Enchantment school. It is located near the boss. On the way to the boss from the forest of torment fire, do not go into the corridor with hollows, but go around it to the left along an inconspicuous path and go upstairs. Orbek will be waiting for you there, as soon as he agrees to move to the Temple of Fire after you express a desire to become his student (with an intellect of at least 10).

With igvard from Katarina

You will meet this character throughout almost the entire game. The hero is wearing the heavy armor of the Knights of Katarina, which you can get later.

I. For the first time you will meet Sigvard in the Undead Settlement, in the tower, on top of which there is a giant with a bow (earlier you have already felt all the charm of his arrows).

Below is a strong ice rival, from which the Sword of Irithyll falls. Siegvard himself will come down to you on the elevator as soon as you enter the tower.

Talk to him a few times (after talking to any character, don't forget to re-interact with him until he starts repeating the same line) and stand on the lift platform.

There are two elevators, now you need the one that goes up. As the platform goes up, you will notice that there is an extra floor in the middle of the path. Timing the moment and jump there, then go outside.

Sigvard from Katarina will be waiting for you sitting on the edge - talk to him. Now get down to the courtyard to the fire demon and get ready for battle. Siegvard will join you, so wait until he hits the enemy a few times so that he switches to our friend.

For victory, Sigward will give you a Sigbrow, an item that can be exchanged with Pickle P for the armor of the Sun Warrior. Talk to him a few more times to get two new gestures.

II. The second time you will meet Sigvard in the Temple of the Deep. After the Path of Sacrifices, do not go to the location of the Catacombs if you want to complete the Siegvard chain, but go to the Temple.

In front of the entrance to the chapel, on the left, there is a well. It turns out that Sigvard is sitting inside, whom Patchwork threw there, having previously stolen his armor.

There are two options for returning them:

1) Buy a tower key in Firelink Shrine for 20,000 souls and enter it. You will be trapped - Patchwork will slam the door behind you. Get out and find the rogue in the Temple. Here you can buy Siegvard's armor from him.

2) While in the Temple of the Deep, raise all the bridges on the lower level where the two giants stand. Head upstairs and find Siegvard standing at the entrance to one of these bridges (actually, it will be Patchwork in disguise).

Go to the bridge, and then Patchwork will lower it. To find him and take revenge, follow the same path to the vaults of the chapel (for a complete description, look at the guide "", "").

Finally, kill the offender and take the armor. If you put them on now, the chain will stop. To continue it, return to the well and give the armor to Sigvard.

III. The third time, Siegvard will be waiting for you in the kitchen of Anor Lodno. The way there lies through a sewer full of spider women. Here you must meet Siegvard before killing the Giant Yhorm. Talk to him.

IV. In the location of the Dungeons of Irithyll you will find Sigvard from Katarina in a cage; At the lowest levels, where a standing giant sleeps, and under him a lot of rats run. Talk to Sigvard through the bars.

To save him, you need a key, which is located in one of the chests in the sewer near the giant.

The very path to the Siegvard prison lies through another a location called the Profaned Capital. There are two paths from it: one to Yhorm, and the other to the church with toxic waters. After passing through the wooden extension, jump into the water and run to the vertical stairs.

Rise upward, then step to the left, to the usual stairs. Here, be careful and don't miss the tiled roof, where you can easily jump. On it you will be waiting for a nominal enemy-mage. Kill him and, with a running start, jump in the window. The straight path will take you to Sigvard's cage.

Now, if you haven't killed Aldrick yet, Sigvard of Katarina will join you in the fight against Yhorm the Giant, after which his chain ends. The armor of the Knight of Katarina will lie by the throne if you did everything right.

A nri from Astora

This NPC is an essential character for the plot of Dark Souls 3, which can be easily missed nonetheless. Henri's gender changes in a mirror to yours, but apart from the conversion, this does not bring any significant difference.

The fate of this hero can affect the ending of the game, and the Usurpation of Fire (4th variant of the final) cannot be played without him.

To Usurp Fire, first find Yoel of Londor, who can be found near the first bonfire in Undead Settlement. He will be among the bodies of his fellow pilgrims - talk to him, and then go to the Firelink Shrine.

Yoel will already be waiting for you, and not empty-handed. The pilgrim will offer you to level up - do this five times (you will have five dark marks in your inventory).

Before each promotion, you must die at least 2 times, keep in mind. After that, Yoel will die, and the equally mysterious Yuria from Londor will appear next to his corpse. After talking with her, go to the location of the Way of Sacrifices.

Once there for the first time, you will meet two knights: Henri and Horace. Talk to her/him here and continue your journey.

The next time (after killing the Deacons of the Deep) Anri will be waiting for you in the Firelink Shrine, where he will tell you that he is heading to the Catacombs of Karthus. Already there you will find Henri twice and once Horace. For the first time, Anri will stand in one of the corridors, next to which a wheel of bones rolls.

The second is at the long wooden bridge behind the stalagmites.

You will find Horace nearby, going down the same bridge (you must first break it). Having dealt with the crossbow and the snake-driller from below, find a small passage where Horace stands. Kill him and return to Anri.

Don't tell her/him about what happened, next time you will meet in Irithyll of the Cold Valley before the battle with Pontifex Sullivan around the fire in Yorshka's church.

Return to the Fire Shrine and get Yuria to say that the spouse is ready for the ritual. Go to Anor Londo and use the spinning bridge tower to reach the tomb.

Inside you will meet a pilgrim who will hand you a ritual sword. Go ahead and watch the cutscene - Anri's quest ends here.

But Horace may not be killed, where other plot twists and turns come from:

1) In this case, neither Yoel nor Yuria is important to advance the lane, so "power drain" is not necessary.

After talking with Anri at the fire in the Yorshka Church, do not return to the Temple of Fire, but go to the statues that stand there in one of the corners. Stand in front of them and use the Wave gesture, after which a Londor spy will come out from behind the statues.

Killing him will make Yuria leave you forever, so no one will kidnap Anri and the ritual in the tomb won't happen. In Anor Londo, go to the boss Aldrick. In front of him, use the summon mark (Anri's sign is a stone) to help Anri kill him in her world (you will be a phantom). Returning to the Temple, take Anri's sword from Ludlet of Courland.

2) If you leave Horace alive, but do not tell Anri about it, then after the end of the previous option, visit the Smoldering Lake again (the location to which you go down the bridge in the catacombs) and look at the same place where you had to fight him . On the spot you will find the grave of Henri and the living Horace, who will immediately attack you.

3) After killing Horace and telling Anri about it, at the place of the battle with Horace you will find his grave and the living Anri, who will attack you.

Options 1, 2 and 3 close the 4th ending of Usurpation of Fire, but, one way or another, complete Anri's storyline.

With an iris from the Sunless Lands

This is one of the active heroes of Dark Souls, whom you can help in a difficult moment. As with other quests, this chain can be easily overlooked.

The first time the character will visit the Temple of Fire after your conversation with Anri in the location Road of Sacrifices. The next one is after issuing Ashes of the Dreamer to the servant of the Temple, which can be found behind a hidden wall, which is next to the Watchdogs of Farron covenant. In the future, Sirris can be summoned by you in battles with the Guardians of the Abyss, Princes, Dragonslayer Armor and Deacons of the Deep.

To advance its chain, it is necessary to strictly follow this list:

I. You cannot join the Fingers of Rosaria covenant, otherwise Sirris will become your enemy and will attack you at the first meeting.

II. After returning Dreamer's Ashes to the maid, speak with Sirris to receive a new gesture, Darkmoon Allegiance, which will allow you to join the Darkmoon Blades covenant.

III. On the bridge leading to Irithyll of the Coldvale, kill the Sullivan Behemoth and return to the bonfire. Restart the game or teleport to Firelink Shrine a few times so that Sirris's summoning sign will appear at the end of this bridge. Agree to help her and defeat the red phantom Creighton the Wanderer. In gratitude, she will give you (at the Temple) a Consecrated Panzerbreaker and a Silver Cat Ring.

To completely defeat Creighton, you must kill him in your world as well. He will invade you at the cemetery of Iritilla, not far from the Church of Yorshka. After that, you can get his armor on the same bridge where you fought the Sullivan Behemoth.

IV. After defeating Aldrick, return to the battlefield with the Cursed Great Tree. Activate her sign and together kill the Righteous Knight Godric. Sirris will then swear eternal service to you in Firelink Shrine. Take the Shield of Sunset from the tomb of Godric, which is located between the Temple and Judge Gundir, at the cliff. At the end, Sirris will help you in the battle with Lothric and Lorian.

Yuria of Londor

The key character in Dark Souls III, on which the fourth ending depends. However, just like with Anri of Astora's quest chain, Yuria's quests can also be completed differently.

In order for Yuria to come to the Firelink Shrine at all, Yoel of Londor, the pilgrim you found near the first bonfire in the Undead Settlement, must die.

It is necessary to take five black marks from Yoel, that is, increase the level five times. It is important that these marks cannot be removed; The Purification Stone should not be used either; you need to get the fifth mark before visiting the Catacombs of Karthus.

The heroine will leave you if you get rid of the Black Marks, or if Anri from Astora dies (which is necessary for the 4th finale), or if you kill the mercenary in the church of Yorshka, who is hiding behind the statues.

If you follow her instructions correctly, then you can summon the Pale Shadow of Londor to fight the final boss. By the way, after the end of the storyline, Yuria will leave and leave you the Dark Current sword. It can be obtained earlier if you kill her, but then the chain will break.

But besides that, Yuria has another quest when she sends you to kill Orbek, as he can disrupt her plans. The target itself is located in the poisonous swamps, in the same place where the battle with the Crystal Adept boss takes place.

After passing the stairs and bridge, turn left to the hole in the wall. Go a little further until you find stacks of books - Orbek will be among them.

If you kill him and bring Yuria's ashes, you will be rewarded with a Quartz Blade, whose attack grows in proportion to your health.

And rina from Karim

A blind woman who is able to replace the existing Flame Keeper. She can also translate the Holy Tomes of Miraculous magic, which will be greatly needed by those who play through magic.

I. The path to Irina is in the Undead Settlement. For a starting point, take Ægon, the hammer-wielding man who sits in front of the church where you first meet Sigvard of Katarina.

There are two ways to get to Irina:

1. There is a small crevice just behind Aegon. With activated coal and a medium health bar, you can carefully jump down there, spending, however, up to 90% health.

2. A less painful way is through the door, which is in the sewers with several small and one large rats. From the third campfire of the Settlement, find the bridge (it is immediately to the right of the fire), but initially the door there will be closed.

First of all, find a short path, which is to the right of another, but smaller bridge that leads to Sigvard and Aegon (it is guarded by two hollows with saws and vats).

At the door next to the bridge, kill the dog and go into the sewers. In the middle of the path you will find the right door leading to Irina, at the end of the path - the door that was initially closed (to the right of the third fire).

However, before you go looking for this option, you will also have to capture the Grave Key, having bought it from the maid in the temple. In one of the tunnels you will find Irina sitting. It's up to you which option is easier.

II. If you agree to accept Irina, she will move to the Firelink Shrine. After killing her, then you have to fight with her protector Aegon, respectively, the girl herself will no longer be resurrected. Interestingly, the development of Irina's fate depends on the tomes that you will give her (light or dark).

In order for Irina of Karim to become a Keeper of Fire, you must give her only light tomes. Being a Keeper, she will move to the nearest tower (the one that can be opened with a key for 20k souls), and that's where she will level up.

After you kill the Dragonslayer Armor boss (and if Irina has already settled in the tower), Aegon will kill himself. From his body, you can pick up Morn's ammunition.

Dark tomes will gradually drive Irina crazy. Having bought at least one dark spell, you will make Aegon your enemy, and he will leave with the girl. You can meet them again in the arena, where the battle with Judge Gundir took place.

Kill Aegon and speak to Irina twice. She will agree to return to the Temple, after which she will ask you to touch her. But before that, put on the bracers of Morne, obtained from Aegon. Your touch will kill Irina, and her ashes will unlock new items for you at the maid.

After going down the elevator, which you will sit inside the tower, you will exit to Road of Sacrifices. Between the fire and you will stand the only enemy - Outrider Knight. This is a smaller version Wordt- he moves quickly on all fours in the same way, and despite his small size, he is able to hurt you. Ignore the glowing loot in the room ( Ember), first you will need to deal with the enemy. He usually likes to pull off a three lunge combo, which he finishes off with another hard punch. He is able to reach a target from a long distance, so beware of him hooking you if you decide to jump back to heal. Alternatively, you can stand up and circle around one of the pillars, which will allow you to protect yourself from the knight's sudden jumps.

Kill him with Irithyll Straight Sword, and open the door, behind which you will find a fire and the continuation of your path. After resting and running away, you will stumble upon a new enemy - Corvian"a. Looking at them from a distance, they may seem harmless to you, but as soon as you get closer, the opponents will begin to scream and grow wings, turning into agile creatures that are especially dangerous in packs. So try to kill them before they have time transform.Run up and slash them, maxing out your stamina bar.The first enemy will be followed by the second slightly to the left.Kill him and pick up Shriving Stone which he guarded.

Climb up the path that leads to the left and finish off another enemy just below. Head back to the main road and you'll pass the wrecked wagons where two more are waiting. Corvian"ov and Corvian Shaman, which will shoot a cloud of gas at you and burst into flames when you get too close. He is also able to utter a scream, after which the rest of the opponents will instantly transform and rush at you. Pick up Soul of an Unknown Traveler and kill the enemies. It is better to run straight to the shaman along the left edge so that he does not have time to shout or release a cloud of poison. You will meet two more mutants in a cave located above the main path, the rest will meet you further.

Jump off the small ledge and pay attention to the path on the left. You don't need to follow it yet. If you haven't killed the enemies that the shaman summoned, they will be waiting for you in a small cave on the other side - go up the stairs and cross the bridge. Pick up Titanite Shard, jump down and get ready to fight another interesting enemy. Below the bend of the left path you will meet a half-naked Madwoman in a hat and with a huge cleaver. Don't let her break through your defenses, her critical hits have very high damage. Kill her (wait for her strike from a distance, do your series, or a powerful blow, and then immediately step back) and take Butcher Knife. This is an excellent and rather fast cleaver that temporarily restores your health during attacks when you spend mana. Follow a little further and you will pick up a set Brigand Set, including Brigand Axe, Brigand Hood, Brigand Armor, Brigand Gauntlets, Brigand Trousers and Brigand Twindaggers.

An ambush awaits you in the next zone. Standing on the path Corvian and shaman. As soon as you get closer, the shaman will call for enemies prowling in the bushes, and they will try to attack you with the whole caudle. If this happens, kill those closest to you and then run back. Kill them as they run up. After dealing with everyone, go back and kill the shaman. Pick up on the spot where he stood, Ember. Now return to the bridge and look down near its base. Jump there and you will lose some health. Now look at the path, following along which you will encounter two dogs - they are guarding a cave in which you can find Braille Divine Tome of Carim and Morne's Ring. We hope you managed to save Irina from the dungeon in the tower. She'll come in handy tome with spells. Return to the main road and get to the next campfire.

Near the fire you will meet two more allies - Anri of Astoria and his companion Horace the Hushed. Talk to both, they will teach you gestures and give you a talisman Covenant Blue Sentinels.

leaving Halfway Fortress, you will begin to delve into a huge swamp. In this location, a large number of dangers await you. In addition to enemies, poisonous fumes and a thick bog will cause inconvenience to you, slowing down your movement. Going down to the swamp, you will meet peasants with pointed trees, with which they will try to hit you like spears. When you get almost to the very edge of the swamp, you will see more peasants on the hillocks to the left. A path will go to the right, on which you will stumble upon a dog, another peasant and pick up Titanite Shard. The swamp itself will be right in front of you. Before you go forward, climb to the right and jump down to the platform with Soul of an Unknown Traveler. Jumping even lower, you will find yourself among insectoid enemies who can let out poisonous gas, and a crucified dead man with red eyes.

A crucified enemy with a cross on his back likes to carry out sharp attacks, trying to tear you apart with his claws, and when he grabs you, he will begin to gnaw, taking away a lot of health. Fight him very carefully. Another crucifix will be waiting behind the tree. The third enemy will be near the fortress wall, if you continue to walk on the left side. After reaching the wall, note the locked door on the right and look down at the huge swamp. After running through a small hall, you will meet a black knight, calmly waiting for anyone who wants to pass him. This guy knows how to hit very hard and reach very far, but if you are careful and attentive, you can catch the moment when he opens. Only one more thing - when he drags the sword along the ground, get ready to strike from below. After killing him, go a little to the right, to the balcony, where lies mercenary set, including Sellsword Trousers, Sellsword Helm, Sellsword Armor and Sellsword Gauntlet. From the bottom of the place where you met in battle with the black knight, you will pick up Sellsword Twinblades. At the very end of the passage you will find a dead end and a corpse from which you can remove Farron Coals. With this item, the blacksmith Andre will be able improve your weapons and insert magic stones into them.

It is time to return to the other side of the swamp, where the peasants are standing. If you run along the cliff, you will come across a corpse with Titanite Shard. Among the big trees you can find Twin Dragon Greatshield, another body near the big arch stores Fading Soul. But be careful, peasants and a dog are waiting among the trees.

After the arch, go all the way to the right until you find a bonfire. A giant crab will roam in the swamp. You will kill him and his cubs later, for now, go further to the very ruins, in the wall you will find a passage and a summoning sign - be careful, with the help of signs you can also summon an evil phantom. Further to the left there will be a few more peasants with stakes, but first you'd better kill the crucified one, standing near the burning garbage heap. Walk to the right side of the ruins and pick up Soul of an Unknown Traveler. The second crucified is waiting to the right of the fire. Pick up Ember and Estus Shard in the very corner.

There are several items lying around in the swamp itself, but you should be more careful when approaching them - as soon as you take a step, giant crabs will find out about your presence - as many as two pieces are prowling in this part of the swamp. They are able to run fast, deal high damage with their pincer strikes, and can foam to slow you down. Try to hit the legs - this way you can knock them off balance, and after the crab has carried out its two-hit attack, try to plunge the weapon directly into its snout. In extreme cases, lure the crab closer to the stairs, then jump on top of it, or try to call it to where the trees are. Crabs get stuck in the trunks quite often, allowing you to kill them without any problems. The joke is that the crab can dive underground at any time and run away, and later emerge somewhere at the other end of the location with full health.

Under the tree in the swamp can be found Grass Crest Shield. After running past two trees to the right, you can find Bloodred Moss Clump and 4 Green Blossom. Deeper, between the path on the right and the main island, you can find a set conjurator"a, including Conjurator Hood, Conjurator Robe, Conjurator Manchettes, Conjurator Boots and Great Swamp Pyromancy Tome which will come in handy Cornix. On the left bank of the islet, one can find Fallen Knight set"a, including Fallen Knight Helm, Fallen Knight Armor, Fallen Knight Gauntlets and Fallen Knight Trousers. Don't go too far or you'll draw the attention of two guards. Near the ruins on the left can be found 2 Green Blossom.

Running into/running through the guards will take you to Farron Keep, and choosing the path to the left, you will go to, in front of which the boss will be waiting for you The Crystal Sage.

How to get to The Crystal Sage boss / Crystal Master

If you go from the fire to the left, towards the ruins, you will find a hole in the wall. Go through the hole and you will find yourself in a room where on the first floor there is a guy with a lantern and some sleeping enemies, and on the second there is a sorcerer who shoots rays. Quickly finish off the enemy with a lantern - if he wakes up the peasants, you will have to go bad. Kill this opponent and the magician, who by that time will surely fall down. The rest of the bots can not be touched, they will remain in the same position. In the corner you can find Heretic's Staff.

Walk along the stone bridge, in the next room to the right of the entrance there will be an enemy with a shield and a spear. If you go straight, you will find yourself in another hall, at the end of which there will be a sorcerer, the path to the left will lead you to the stairs, overcoming which you will meet the character Orbeck of Vinheim, from which you can learn spells if you match the stats, otherwise he will refuse to teach you. Only talk to him if you make sure you have at least 10 points Intelligence. He will go to Firelink Shrine. Don't forget to examine the broken stairs opposite - there you will find a corpse with 2 Blue Bug Pellets. Following the path that leads to the right, you will pass through a corridor with a crystal lizard, which will run forward, where opponents will be waiting for you. Kill the lizard to get the Crystal Gem.

You will find yourself in a room connected to the swamp by a series of stairs. Above are a sorcerer and one enemy with a shield. Get out of the sorcerer's line of sight so he can't harass you with spells, and kill the enemy with the shield. Now go up and kill the second enemy. Out on the ledge, you'll find on the edge Golden Falcon Shield. Note the small open area below the ruins. Step on it carefully, the crucified one is waiting for you. After killing him, pick up set Sorcerer"a, which includes Sorcerer Hood, Sorcerer Robe, Sorcerer Gloves and Sorcerer Trousers. On your right hand lies a ring Sage Ring. Return to the stairs, climb to the very top and drop down to the lower balcony where you will pick up Ring of Sacrifice. It's time to get to another room with enemies and kill two sorcerers and easier enemies. Lure them individually and dodge the charges. Go forward, into a narrow passage between the rocks, there is another sorcerer. After killing him, you will find yourself among the ruins, where there will be a boss fight The Crystal Sage / Crystal Master . In front of the entrance, near one of the columns, you can find a call sign Eyegon"a.

BOSS: The Crystal Sage / Crystal Master

As soon as you enter the arena, the boss will appear on the opposite end from you and start firing all sorts of spells. It can toss an orb that, as soon as it is above you, will begin to rain crystal fragments on your head, dealing high damage. The boss can create a semicircle of lights above him, which after a few seconds will turn into magical charges and fly at you one after another. Dodge the beam that the boss will launch after shining his magic ball in front of him, and the spiked flying spheres. Run up to the boss as soon as possible and as close as possible, choose your strongest stance and hit several times before the boss goes into the ground.

Before the boss appears elsewhere, stand in the very center of the arena, from where it will be easier to run to the next place. While the boss is spinning, getting out of the ground, run up to him and continue to strike.

After a couple of attempts, the boss will start creating clones. Most often they can be identified by the way they attack - the main boss will create lights in a semicircle, while clones will use all other types of attacks. Clones will also disappear from one hit. But you should not delude yourself - despite their incorporeal shell, the clones are capable of inflicting no less damage on you than the boss himself. Once they start spawning, try to kill them as quickly as possible. Throwing knives can come in handy for this (you can buy them from Geirat"a, whom you will meet in Firelink Shrine, if before that you saved him from the dungeon in the location High Wall of Lothric).

Dodge, throw knives, kill clones and keep hitting the main boss and you will kill him. You'll get Soul of a Crystal Sage and a fire will appear in front of you.

Then you can take the road to the left, which will take you to Cathedral of the Deep, or return to the swamp, go through the gate, which is guarded by two guards with clubs, and find yourself in Farron Keep.

The release of the long-awaited role-playing game Dark Souls 3 has finally taken place, in which players will once again plunge into a dark fantasy world and uncover its ancient secrets. As in the previous parts of the popular series, you will meet mysterious characters and battle dangerous bosses.

We decided to write a detailed walkthrough of Dark Souls 3 for those who, for whatever reason, cannot go through this or that location. It will also be useful for players who do not know what to do next to complete the main story mission. For the convenience of finding the necessary information, the passage is divided into locations.

Cemetery of Ash

Ash Graveyard is the first location in Dark Souls 3. It is intended to show players some of the basic mechanics that they will have to use throughout the passage. You won't be able to level up until you clear this area. There are several useful items hidden here, and at the end you will have a fight with a boss named Iudex Gundyr. We will tell you how to go through this location, find all the things and secrets, and defeat the boss.

Useful items:

After the fight with the first enemy, turn right and go back. Ahead you will find the Soul of a Deserted Corpse. When you reach the dead body with Ash Estus Flask, turn left towards the hills. There you will find a crystal lizard that will drop a Titanite Scale. Nearby you can also find a tombstone with the soul of an unknown traveler (Soul of an Unknown Traveler).

After climbing the rock, you will reach the first fire. You should then select the right path and go down. There you will find a fire bomb.

Boss fight Iudex Gundyr

The boss arena is fairly easy to find as there is a large statue right in the middle of it. You need to pull the sword from the statue and wait for the boss to wake up. Gundyr fights with a halberd, so you can easily parry his blows. Dodge direct attacks and then attack him from the side if you don't want to parry.

When he has less than half of his lives left, he will turn into a big monster. Attack him during the transformation - he will not be able to fight back. Stay as far away from Iudex Gundyr's giant arm as the boss can deal massive damage with it.

From his body you can pick up a Coiled Sword, which will be useful to you in the Fireling Shrine. Note that if you need a more detailed boss fight guide, then take a look at the corresponding one.

Firelink Shrine

After defeating Judge Gundir, we open the gate and move on. On the left you will see someone's remains. We advise you to search the corpse - you can find a broken sword in it (sold for a couple of souls). We go further right along the edge of the cliff. At the end we find a bone of return (capable of instantly returning the player to the nearest fire). Now we go upstairs and go into the Temple of Fire.

Many players will call this location their home for the coming days or weeks - it all depends on how quickly you can complete the game. However, at first glance, this temple looks more like a grave than a cozy nest. On the right you will meet a knight named Hawkwood. Chat with him to learn a new gesture. A bonfire will be located in the center (as soon as we light it). Not far from him will be the Keeper of Fire. It is from her that it will be possible to increase your level by distributing experience points according to various parameters. This character will also tell you a sad story about the Lords of Ashes, who used to sit on the thrones here. It will be necessary to find them and take their souls from them. By the way, one of the thrones will be occupied.

On the occupied throne sits a half-decomposed corpse that has no legs. His name is Ludleth of Courland and he is the weakest Lord of Cinder. At the beginning, he will only say a few words to you, but in the future you will be able to talk to him. Plus, Ludleth will be able to exchange the souls of bosses for various items.

A little lower from the main door, you can find a corridor leading to two more characters: a servant at the temple, from whom you can buy various useful things, and Andre's forge, which can improve weapons and increase the charges of flasks with Estus, that is, fragments of a flask with Estus should be attributed specifically him. The blacksmith can also repair your equipment and insert special gems into your weapons. You need to chat with him a couple of times to learn a new gesture.

In terms of plot, the Temple of Fire is no longer remarkable, so if you want to go further, you need to install the Twisted Sword in the center of the room and thereby create a fire. It is the main bonfire in the game and is the only one where you can burn burning bone fragments to increase the levels of the bonfires. Use it to teleport to the High Wall of Lothric.

Those who consider themselves true Plushkins should stay in the Temple and look for interesting items. First of all, you need to climb up the stairs located to the left of the entrance. Next, you will see a path leading directly to a large tower. To get into it, you need to purchase the key to the tower from the Handmaid at the temple for 20 thousand souls. On the left side of the gate, you can find the deserter's soul. When descending, it is worth examining a tree that has a strange shape. It has an interesting message on it. Then we jump over several graves and go down, where there was a corpse with a bone of return. We go back to the entrance to the Temple of Fire and turn right. There will be a body with coal. A little to the left, you can jump onto another path, on which we have to fight with one monster. If you go to the left, then you will find yourself in the place where you jumped down before. Here you will meet two hollows. We pass along the stairs and find the shield West-East (East-West Shield).

If you go even further to the left, you will see a knight in old rags. Although he looks very poor, he is able to easily kill a low-level hero, that is, you. With the help of his weapon, the knight can not only inflict considerable damage on you, but also cause bleeding. It’s worth attacking him after he performs a special move: he gets into a position, as if he is about to get a katana from its sheath, and then makes a dash towards the hero. After this attack, the knight will be vulnerable. We beat him, and then retreat again. We do this several times until the end. From his corpse, you can take Uchigatana and good equipment. Now you can go back and go to the High Wall of Lothric.

Tower

After accumulating 20 thousand souls, it is worth returning to the Firelink Shrine and acquiring the key to the tower. Then we rise to the top floor of this structure and exit through the door located on the right. We go up the stairs to the door. Open it with the key and climb to the very top. Try not to fall down, otherwise you will definitely die. Go to the tower and go around the hole in the floor. Then, using the elevator, we go up again. There we find the corpse of the old fire keeper. From it you can pick up the soul of the Keeper of Fire. You should then give it to the living Guardian so that she can remove the Dark Mark from you.

We go down and inspect the hole, which we talked about earlier. On one of the walls you can see a coffin - jump right into it. On the opposite side is another coffin with a body. We climb on it and find on the corpse a set of Keepers of Fire (light armor without any features). Now you can jump down to a huge mountain of corpses. Estus Ring can be found here (increases the amount of health points restored by Estus Flask). On the side we find the door. We pass through it and find ourselves at the place where we previously fought with a knight in tatters.

We return to the wide passage leading to the tower. We approach the place where the bridge has already begun to collapse. We examine the lower column and look for a safe place to land. Take a look at the lantern - next to it you can find a ladder, which should be thrown down. You can also try jumping from the other side of the bridge. There you will find a crystal lizard, which should be killed as quickly as possible in order to get Shimmering Titanite. This material is required to upgrade most of the unique armor and weapons in the game.

On the roof you can find a nest. You should approach him and talk to his/her owner. This creature is called Snuggly, and it will gladly trade things with you. You just need to put some item in the nest and see what Snuggly will give you for it.

Next, we jump down to the level under the roof, located directly above the entrance to the temple. Here you can find a body that has 2 return bones. You should look around and find the rafters - with the help of them you can get to the center, and then reach the corpse holding a fragment for the flask with Estus. We carefully examine the beams. Almost all of them except one will be destroyed. We pass along the whole beam to the wall, and then hit it. A path to a secret location will open. We pass to the very end and find ourselves behind the thrones. Next, we jump to the balcony and find the Silver Ring of the Greedy Serpent, which increases the number of souls given for killing enemies. That's it, there are no more useful things in the Fire Temple.

High Wall of Lothric

With the help of a fire in the Temple of Fire, we teleport to the High Wall of Lothric. In a second we will find ourselves in a small room, closed from the inside. We open the nearby door and make our way outside. We go down the stairs, find a fire and kindle a fire in it.

Now we can go along one of the two paths. We advise you to first turn right and go through a hole in the wall. We kill the crossbowman on the scaffolding, and then we prepare to fight below with two relatively strong ghouls and a couple of dogs. Then we go to the right stairs, which leads to the tower. We go down the steps to the turret and find that it is closed, but to the right of the stairs you can find a body from which you should pick up the soul of the abandoned remains.

We go up again and select the second staircase. We climb it and kill the crossbowman, and then we run up to the second enemy and send him to the next world as quickly as possible. Otherwise, he will begin to transform and turn into a light version of Judge Gundir from the second phase. After the battle, we pick up ordinary arrows and a long bow from the body lying near the destroyed stairs. Now we can return to the fire, because now there is nothing interesting for us here.

Once near the fire, we go outside again and choose another path. We go down the stairs and first of all we destroy opponents with lanterns. There will be another flight of stairs leading up. We rise along it and engage in a fight with another enemy with a flashlight. If you climb higher, you can find Binoculars. Next, you need to go down, go behind the back of the dead dragon and jump to the lower platform. Near the entrance we take Golden resin. Again we jump down and fight with another hollow, coveting our damned little soul. After defeating the enemy, we get to the table and take two Firebombs from it.

We go down the stairs and find in the corner the Soul of the abandoned remains. We go further and get into a rather large location with several opponents. First, we lure out one enemy with a shield and kill him without falling under his blows. Then you need to climb the stairs and quickly run back, because at the same moment the dragon will fly in and exhale the flame from its mouth, covering a huge territory with fire. However, it will only benefit us, since all the enemies above will die. We climb up again and run back to a safe place. After the dragon stops breathing fire, we quickly run upstairs, collect things from the corpses and open the door.

Note: if you have enough arrows, you can try to shoot the dragon. When his life bar drops to a certain value, he will leave his place of residence, and you will receive a Large Titanite Shard as a reward.

We go down the stairs and find a treasure chest in the room. However, you don’t need to immediately jump for joy and try to open it, since you have an ordinary Mimic in front of you. It is best to attack him from afar with a bow, and then finish him off in close combat. Beware of his kicks and grabs, which may well take the hero's life. From his body, you can pick up a Battle Ax and Symbol of Greed (drops extremely rarely).

We find in front of the stairs leading up. We rise along it and kill one weak enemy. Next you have to meet with the knight. Defeating him will not be easy, but it is quite possible. We go into the next room and send the enemy jumping out of the boxes to the next world. Turn right and go up the stairs again. There will be a second fire here.

We rest near the fire, find the Titanite Shard in the corner and go down to kill the thief standing behind the boxes and throwing knives. We deal with him and go down again. There you will have to kill another thief sitting behind the barrel. Next, we will meet an enemy with a large halberd. Evades his attacks, and then attack him at the right time. The fastest way to deal with such opponents is by rolling behind them and inflicting a critical hit.

We pass into the next room and run to the enemy standing in front. If you delay, he will throw a bomb at barrels filled with oil. You can even die from this. In one of the corners of the room we find a body that has several Metal knives. Around the corner, another dead man is waiting for us. True, he looks towards the wall, and therefore it will be possible to kill him with a half-poke. Next to the iron doors, you should pick up the Panzerbrecher. We move forward and find a closed cell. Keep this location in mind as we'll be back here soon. We go back and climb the attached ladder (we used to go down it earlier). We rest near the fire and continue our journey again.

We climb through a hole in the wall and immediately lean against the right wall, since it is from here that enemies will begin to climb towards us. We kill the first and wait for the second. Then we go down the stairs, step onto the roof and notice a group of the dead. Notice who is in the middle. He should be killed first, otherwise he will turn into a big black monster and it will be more difficult to fight him. We take three Firebombs from his corpse and go to the right corner of the roof. Near the edge we kill the Crystal Lizard, for which we get Flickering Titanite (it can also fall out normally).

We pass down and kill another crossbowman. We meet his brother and also send him to another world. Then we fight with two ordinary ghouls. We go down even lower and again we fight with a couple of hollow ones that have crawled out of the wall. We go back and jump to the roof. We take three Firebombs from the body and go back a little, where there is a path to a small room. Here we encounter the Knight of Lothric, armed with a large shield and halberd. His attacks deal a lot of damage, but they can be easily dodged. As soon as you defeat him, head to the corner of the room, and find a corpse there, from which you can pick up the Soul of Abandoned Remains.

We turn right and right around the corner we kill one hollow. We go forward and deal with the crossbowman standing on the stairs. We approach several barrels and destroy them. From the found body we take the Amulet against the undead. We go further up the stairs and select a Titanite Shard from another corpse. Next, we deal with a couple of enemies and go back to the room where we recently fought the Knight of Lothric. We pass through the main entrance and make a roll right onto the boxes. We retreat a couple of meters back, then we go forward and deal with the enemy around the corner. We destroy all the boxes in the room and select the Broadsword from the body. We head back to the corridor, go down the stairs and get into a location with a couple of dogs and ghouls. We go a little to the right, kill all the enemies and open the chest. In it we find a Shield with a silver eagle. We reach a dead end and fight with one enemy. Now you can return to the stairs that lead straight down.

Next, you should lure the dog onto the stairs and kill it. Now you can safely deal with the dead man holding the Halberd. Then we fight with another dog and send the last enemy to the next world. We find under the stairs, which we went down earlier, several boxes. We destroy them and take a Titanite Shard from the body. We pass to the center of the room and select the Shard from the flask with Estus. Turn left and pick up the Camera Key on the stairs. We go up to the third floor, run forward, then turn left, destroy a couple of objects and get to the second floor. From the chest you can get the Astor Straight Sword. We return to the closed dungeon, located not far from the second fire and talk with the prisoner.

We go back, but we are already on the roof. Then we go down the attached ladder, go through the room where we had to fight with the Knight of Lothric, go into the next room, turn right and get into the street. We deal with one enemy and find Rapier on the corpse. Then we kill another adversary, dressed in heavy armor and fighting with a halberd. We take all the artifacts from the body of the enemy we defeated and move forward.

On the left we will meet another enemy. We kill him and get to the crossbowman, located on the stairs. We climb onto the roof and take the Large Soul of the Abandoned Remains. Next, jump to the next roof and find the Sacrificial Ring. We jump down, and then climb up again using the stairs. We get to an open location. We lure out one enemy, kill him, and then we fight with a whole crowd of ghouls. They are very weak, but they can easily crush them with their numbers. After the massacre of them, we move forward to the elevator and use it. Once upstairs, we open a large iron door and immediately roll forward. On the right we see an enemy wielding an axe. We deal with the hollow and go upstairs again. There we find a couple of dogs, a crossbowman and a ghoul with a halberd. We destroy all evil spirits and rise even higher. As a result, we will again find ourselves near the fire, opening a short path to it.

If necessary, then we rest near the fire, and then we go back. There we have to fight with very strong enemies - several Knights of Lothric. Two knights will walk around the square and another one will hide on the right. We kill the first two, and then deal with the third. The latter, by the way, guards the Lucerne Hammer. Then we go up the left stairs and face another enemy who will be stronger than the knights. The tactics of fighting with him are as follows: we dodge blows, roll behind him and attack at the right time. Be wary of his magic-enhanced weapons. Rough stone can be picked up from his corpse. We pass into the Cathedral and talk with the girl. She will give us the Flag of Lothric. Talk to her again to get the sign of the Blue Guardians.

Note: you can kill the girl to take the above items and the special Chalice from her corpse. You should install it near the statue to summon the boss Dancer from the Cold Valley. However, at this stage, we do not advise you to do this, since according to the plot, the battle with this enemy should take place much later.

We get out of the cathedral and go to the second part of the square. We deal with two shield bearers and a crossbowman, go down the stairs and see a white fog. Here you can use Coal to summon other players. You just need to activate the white inscriptions on the floor. Then we go to the gate, covered with fog. A boss fight will begin.

Cold Valley Vordt boss fight

You can read a more detailed description of the battle with this enemy in our special article. Here we provide only basic information. The boss walks on all fours and looks more like an animal than a person. He will beat us with the help of a huge mace. If you are playing as a mage, then simply stay away from him and attack with spells. It would be nice to summon a phantom that can distract the enemy's attention. Warriors need to roll behind the boss and hit him when he raises his mace to attack. Then watch his movements and look for the right moment to counterattack. The main thing is not to stand directly in front of him - try to be behind him.

After the boss's health bar is reduced to half, the second phase of the battle will begin. Vordt will get an ice aura and start spinning on the floor just like a bun, trying to crush us. From time to time it will stop and exhale ice from its mouth. At this moment, you need to run Vordt behind his back and beat him with two hands.

After defeating him, we take his soul and kindle a fire. Next, you should exit through the door and set the Flag of Lothric on the cliff. We watch a short cut-scene and get into a new location.

Note: Do not use the Boss Soul to get normal souls, as it can be used to create a good weapon.

Undead Settlement

We activate the fire and go to the nearest gate, but we don’t go down, but we pass along the wall and take the Big Soul of the Abandoned Remains. Meanwhile, several dogs will appear from the gate and attack the ghouls. We will only have to kill the dogs, luring them out one by one. We dodge attacks and counterattack. You don't need to go through the gate. We turn left and head to the place where the pilgrims went. We find the destroyed bridge. Near the caravan we deal with two more dogs. We find the body of a dead man and find a beautiful skull in him. We go to the bridge and talk with the Pilgrim. You should invite him to your shelter - the Temple of Fire.

We go back to the gate and face a new enemy - the Worker. In general, he does not pose a threat to the hero, but if gape, he can inflict considerable damage on him. First you need to bounce off him, and therefore immediately attack. Usually a worker dies from two or three blows. We move forward to the structure and deal with two more workers. At the end of the room, hit the hanging corpse and take the Small Leather Shield from it. Now you can go down to the second floor. There we get out onto the balcony and knock down the body. We go around the corner and destroy the worker walking here. Then we take Sand for repair from the body. On the first floor, we deal with another enemy and go outside.

From the discarded body we select the Bone of Lorreta. This item will contribute to the appearance of a new merchant in Firelink Shrine. You just need to give him a bone, and he will agree to sell us things.

Ahead we will see a small group of opponents. We throw a bomb into the barrels, then we go to the next detachment and again we throw the bomb into the barrels. We deal with the remaining enemies and lure the Big Lady out into the open area. Watch out for her attacks and grabs. Constantly dodge her attacks and attack at the right time. Next, take the Estus Shard from the burning tree and the Ember lying right behind it. We return to the blown up barrels and select the Traveler's Soul from the ground. Again we go to the tree and with the help of a bow and arrows we knock it down into a corpse. He will fall and we can pick up Kukri.

We move forward and get to a fork: one path leads to the bridge, and the other to a large building. It doesn't matter which one you choose, as both roads will lead you to the same place. We go into the building and find a body at the end of the room, and to the right of it a cage with several dead people. We tell you right away that this is a common trap. Therefore, we run to the cage and begin to beat on it, since it is an enemy that we will meet more than once. You should not be afraid of him, because he can inflict great damage only by attacking us stealthily, that is, in a direct collision, this enemy is rather weak. We deal with him and pick up Coal Tar. Then we knock down the hanging corpse and pick up the Soul of the abandoned remains. Near the entrance we find several boxes. We destroy them and see a hole in the floor. Jump down and find Estus Soup and Sun Warriors Covenant Sign. The first item is able to fully restore the health of the hero. He will appear here after each rest near the fire.

We go into the next room and kill another cell. After we try to lure the enemy with red eyes. Near the entrance we deal with two cells, and then we get out. On the right we find garbage and destroy it. We go down the path and pick up the Soul of the abandoned remains. Let's go back. On the way we meet two workers and kill them. We go to the first building and fight there with the Slave and the Worker. We take the Whip from the body. We see the Evangelist ahead. She will stand on the upper level and shoot spells at us. We dodge attacks and turn right. We find the Shard of Titanite and return to the caster. We deal with the worker holding the hammer. Climbing up is not worth it, as it will be too difficult to dodge. We recommend simply arming yourself with long-range weapons and firing at her from afar. After we go upstairs, pick up the Titanite Shard and go down again.

We leave for the house and through it we pass to another location. Being online, we are waiting for the attack of the red phantom under computer control. It will be difficult to defeat him - he swings a giant sword, defends himself with a large shield and uses miracles to heal. It is necessary to inflict swift blows on him, not allowing him to rest. Be sure to attack him when he tries to heal himself. If you can't kill the phantom, then you should run away from it. Next, we go behind the building and deal with the crystal lizard. We jump down and kindle another fire.

Get ready to face a dangerous opponent ahead - the Butcher. His strikes are uninterruptible and deal a lot of damage. In addition, this enemy moves very quickly. It will be easy for mages to deal with him. You just need to keep him away from you and throw spells at him. Warriors will have a harder time. You should dodge the attacks of the Butcher, then wait for the right moment and inflict one or two hits on him. We do this several times and celebrate the victory. You can’t go further, as the location is constantly shelled. We go back to the second fire and pass through the bridge near the ashes. We go to the stable. We kill two workers and take the Large Soul of the abandoned remains from the body. After that, a Slave with a big sword will jump down on us. We deal with him and go to the door. Nearby we find a corpse, from which you should pick up a Round shield with a caduceus.

After leaving the stable, we find garbage on the left. We destroy it and thereby open a new path for ourselves. We fight with the first slave, and then we lure out opponents one by one. First, we destroy the shooter located on the roof on the left side, then we go upstairs and deal with the second shooter. After killing all the ghouls, we go down and pick up all the things that have fallen from them. At the bottom we find the Shield from the boards, and at the top - Incendiary bombs. Next to the shield will also be an adequate character with whom you can chat. Then we go down even lower and face the butcher. We go around it and run into the cage. We watch a short cut-scene, talk with the new NPC and decide whether to join the Marauders covenant.

We use the Bone of Return and again go to the stable. We pass through it and head to the stone bridge. We jump from it to a narrow path. From above, the workers will throw bombs at us. We find a Titanite Shard and deal with two enemies on the path. We go into the house and activate a new fire. We go up the stairs to the second floor. We kill all the workers and talk with the pyromancer in the cage. He can be invited to our shelter. To the left of the cage will be Hatchet. Don't forget to talk to the new character in Firelink Shrine. He will give us the Pyromancer's Flame and teach us a new emotion.

We go down to the Butcher, then we go down even lower along the steps and climb into the structure located on the left. There we deal with the slave and pick up the Big Soul of the abandoned remains from the corpse. We find the path, kill the dog standing on the path, and then deal with another dog sitting in the forest. Coal can be found near the second dog. If you go further, you can face the next boss. However, it's too early for us to go there. First you need to open a fast path to the boss and talk to the ogre. We turn in the opposite direction and run to the cave. We go down into the sewer drain and encounter rats. Alone, they are not dangerous, so they attack the hero in a crowd. We kill all the monsters and find the entrance, hidden by a veil of fog. We pass through it and see a Huge rat. We kill the monster and take the Ring of Bloody Bite from the body. We go up the stairs, get out and find a fire.

We go back to the stone bridge, where the Butchers are. They should be lured out one at a time, since it will not be possible to deal with all at the same time. Next, we go to the destroyed building and deal with the aggressive dog. We take the Beautiful Skull and move forward. Next, we see the tower we need. To her left will be a friendly NPC. We talk with him and go into the tower. Near the elevator we meet with another non-hostile character - Sigvard from Katarina. He wants to know who exactly is throwing spears from the top of the tower, but the knight fails to get up, since the platform can only lower the passenger down. It is necessary to step on the elevator and do a somersault. The platform will go down, and the second will go down to us. Below is the road to a new location, but first we need to finish all the work in the Undead Settlement. At the top we meet Ogre and ask him for help. After talking with him, he will stop shooting at us, attacking only the dead. In addition, you can get a Young White Branch from him. If you kill him, then the Ring of the Hawk will fall from the body.

We find a location where it was impossible to pass due to constant shelling. We lure out the dead and wait until the Ogre finishes them all. Then we collect all things from the corpses and go to the cemetery. From one of the bodies you can pick up Cleric's Set. At the foot of the tree, you can find Undertaker's Ashes, which should be given to the Handmaid in Firelink Shrine. After that, its range will expand significantly.

Not far from the shelled location is a building. We go into it and kill the enemy with red eyes. We go up and jump to a small ledge. There you can pick up a Big scythe. Again we climb the stairs and move forward. We pass into the next room and get to the fork: the right path leads to the tower, and the left path leads to the boss.

Optional action: you can return to the Firelink Shrine, give the Ashes to the Handmaid and purchase the key from her. We return to the sewer filled with rats, and open the door located on the right. We go down the stairs, take the Halberd and find the altar ahead. Near it, it is allowed to atone for sins for the killing of friendly characters. We move forward, deal with the skeletons and pick up all the things on the ground. We go outside and destroy the worker. There we also find a crystal lizard, from which titanite falls. Then we drop the body down and take the Red-White Shield from it. We go down to the room on the right and deal with all the rats. We find the Talisman of the saint, go up the stairs and talk with Irina from Karim. During a conversation with her, we agree with her opinion and ask to go to the Fire Temple. We get out of the location and again find ourselves near the tower. We talk with a new NPC equipped in heavy armor. He can now help us in the boss fight.

We go to the tower. We go into it and take the elevator up, but before reaching the end, we jump to the boardwalk. There, Sigvard from Katarina will be waiting for us, who wants to send a fiery demon to Hell, but he cannot defeat the beast alone. We agree to help the knight and go down. In the settlement we meet the monster we need. The enemy is very strong - he is able to inflict considerable damage with his ax. In addition, it can exhale fire from its mouth from time to time. We need to dodge his attacks and dodge to the side when he tries to jump on us. We are waiting for the demon to start beating Sigvard, we approach him from behind and inflict several blows. For killing him, they give out a Fire Stone and an additional emote.

We take the Bone of Return from the body and approach the fire. There you need to take a small quest. We go out to the roof, shoot the bodies and pick up the Northern Armor Set from them. We go to the building, located to the right of the fire, we find Pills from red bugs and climb the stairs to the next floor. Upstairs you can see two cages with bodies, two of which will turn out to be monsters. We shoot at them from a bow or crossbow, and then we take a beautiful skull from the corpse. We move into the second room, deal with another cage and two dogs. We open the chest and dodge the cells that will jump down on us from above. We deal with opponents and move on. Ahead we will meet two Evangelists. You should lure them one by one and kill them.

We climb onto the roof and find Flynn's Ring. We jump to the next tower, then we go down and pick up the Armor from Mirra. We destroy the nearby boxes and find a rather useful little thing - the Ring with a green color. Now we go down and find ourselves near the passage leading to the boss.

Curse-Rotted Greatwood boss fight

A more complete version of the boss fight can be read in our dedicated article. Here we will describe only the basic tactics. The first step is to run up to a giant tree and start pounding on its growths of white light. Ordinary enemies will interfere with us. You can ignore them, as the boss himself will deal with them. After destroying the growths, the Great Tree will destroy the ground under it, and we will fall into the pit with it.

A huge hand will appear from the tree trunk, which will begin to beat us hard. New growths will appear on its processes and branches. It is necessary to attack them again at the right moments. To do this, you should run around the tree, dodging the blows of his hand. When the boss starts to rise, you need to run away from him to a safe distance and wait for the yellow spots to disappear. Then you need to go behind him and destroy all the growths. We repeat this process several times, and then we celebrate the victory. We take a unique soul and a Transposition Furnace from the boss. The last item should be taken to Ludleth of Courland, sitting in the Firelink Temple. With it, he will be able to turn the souls of bosses into unique weapons or shields.

We go back to the tower, go down to the lower floor and face a new enemy - Escort Knight. He is a lighter version of the Worth from Cold Valley. The tactics of fighting with him are the same: you just need to stay behind the enemy and attack him at safe times. From his blows, you can hide behind wide beams. Having defeated the knight, we take the Irithyll sword from his body, get out through the gate and get into a new location.

Road of Sacrifices

This is a very dangerous place, so you need to be very careful and not underestimate your opponents. We activate the first fire and move forward along the narrow path. We face a new enemy - Corvian. From the outside, he looks like an ordinary dead man, but as soon as we get close to him, he will start yelling, and large wings will appear on his back. It will be difficult to kill him in this form, so killing a Corvian is worth afar. In close combat, we go behind him and attack. You can also try to throw the Korvian off the cliff - we lure the monsters to the edge, wait for the attack and move away.

We go up, jump from the ledge, killing the enemy right in the jump, turn left and take the Stone of Loss. Ahead we meet immediately 2 Corvians. To the left of them will be a Shaman, able to make a loud cry and wake up all the enemies at once. It can also release poisonous gas. First of all, we take the Traveler's Soul near the carriage, and then we attack the Shaman. Only after that you can deal with ordinary enemies. We return to the place where the shaman was, jump down, go up to the bridge and destroy the Korvian. We find the Titanite Shard, climb under the bridge, go around the corner and try to lure out the half-naked girl. When lunging, it will linger for a few seconds. At this point, you need to attack her. Having defeated the girl, we take the Butcher's Knife from her body.

We go down the path and find the Rogue's set. We go back to the bridge and again lure the enemies one at a time, and then deal with the shaman. If you wish, you can not fight this crowd, but run forward to the fire. After the destruction of all opponents, we jump down, deal with the dogs and find the Sacred Tome from Karim in the cave. We climb onto the bridge and move towards the fire. We talk with Horace and Henri from Astora. As a result, we become the owner of the item necessary for joining the Blue Guardians covenant.

After passing the fire, we find ourselves in an even darker place. In the swamp, the movement speed will be lower and the hero will not be able to effectively dodge attacks. In addition, local waters will gradually poison the character. Here we will meet many new opponents. The first of them will be a dead man with a large branch, which he uses as a spear. Dealing with this enemy will be easy. You just need to go behind him and inflict one critical hit. We go down and lure the dead one by one. Now we turn right, deal with the dog and one Hollow. We take the Titanite Shard from the body.

We go back upstairs, jump down to the ledge and find the Traveler's Soul. We go down even lower. First, we deal with black insects spraying poison. On the right will be a Vurdulak with a cross on his back and red eyes. This monster runs extremely fast and inflicts several blows at once, and then retreats. He can also try to grab the hero to tear him apart with his teeth. We do not stand too close to him, we make several attacks and immediately retreat. We kill the enemy and move forward. There we will expect another ghoul. We send it to the other world and go into the building. On the right we find a closed door, and on the left we encounter the Black Knight. This is an extremely dangerous enemy, wielding a two-handed sword. During his powerful attacks, he will briefly open. Then it is worth attacking him in the back. After defeating him, turn right and pick up the Mercenary set. We jump down and find the Scimitars of the mercenary. At the cul-de-sac ahead lies the Coal of Faronne. It is worth giving the find to the blacksmith sitting in the Temple of Fire.

You need to return to the swamp and explore the left bank. We make our way to the crowd of the dead and insects. We deal with all opponents and take a Titanite Shard. We go down to the trees and find the Shield with two dragons. We pick up the Fading Soul near the rock and kill the dog. We go upstairs and activate the next fire.

We jump down and meet face to face with a giant crab. We are trying to lure him to the ruins. We climb onto the pillar and attack the crab in the jump. We kill the crab and deal with small crabs. We take Green Grass from the corpse. We leave for the flooded ruins and face the ghoul. We pick up the Ring of the Sage and the set of the Enchanter's Equipment there. We get out and on the left we find a ladder that leads to the upper level of the ruins. There we have to fight the boss. However, there are still unexplored places in the location.

We get to the central part of the swamp and pick up the Armor of the Fallen Knight. Behind the tree on the right, we find the Grass Shield. When walking in human form, we are preparing for the battle with the red phantom Hazel Yellow Finger. From his corpse we select Jeremiah's Crown and Hazel's Ice Pick. Near the rock we find the Sacred Tome from Karim. Next to the wall is the Book of Pyromancy of the Great Swamp (should be given to the pyromancer in the Temple) and the Witch Doctor's Set.

Next, we go to the ruins, deal with the Crystal Lizard, go up the stairs and destroy the magician with the spearman. We jump down and find two items: the Falcon Shield and the Ring of Sacrifice. We go back to the stairs and pass into another room. At the end of the path we see two sorcerers who will be surrounded by ordinary enemies. We kill everyone and go forward to the arena with the boss. In human form, we can call on Aegon (if Irina was saved).

Crystal Sage boss fight

For more information on the boss fight, see our separate article. Here we will describe only the basic tactics. A connoisseur of crystal spells will attack us with magic, so it will be useful to put on equipment that has high resistance to magic attacks. We run to the enemy, dodge his blows, and then inflict maximum blows. He teleports. We run to him again and repeat this process until he has half his health left.

The connoisseur will begin to create assistants for himself. It's best to ignore them and only attack the boss. He has low resistance to physical damage, so he should die quickly. After defeating him, we take the Soul of a connoisseur of crystal magic from the corpse.

Temple of the Deep

We move upstairs, incinerate two butchers and deal with one evangelist below. We jump down to where the butchers were, kill the crystal lizard and take the Herald's set. We go forward and reach the fire. To the left of him will be a knight. We deal with the enemy and pick up the Ashes of the paladin and the Shard of Titanite from the body. We give the first item to the merchant located in the Temple of Fire. We look to the right from the side of the stairs and go forward. We find the Heraldic shield, and then we return back to the gate.

Near the gate we encounter another enemy. The tactics of combat with him are the same as with an ordinary knight. From the corpse of the enemy we select the Spider shield and go through the gate. Next, we try to lure the Bone Dogs one at a time, and then we deal with the crossbowmen. Near the wall we select the Big soul of an unknown traveler. We move forward, we go into the Cathedral and activate the fire. There will be two closed doors next to it. They are slices and will be opened by us as we progress through Dark Souls 3.

We get out of the cathedral and deal with the dead. From the body we take the Fragment of the Flask with Estus. We go further and get to the cemetery. Although the enemies here are weak, they are constantly being restored, so you should just run through the graves, not paying the slightest attention to the enemies. We turn right and find a corpse with the sword Astora Greatsword.

We go further and jump into the ditch. There we find the two-handed sword of the executioner. After that, the dead will start to crawl out of the ground. We turn back and immediately run to the bridge. Here we meet even more difficult enemies. We do not get involved in a fight with them, but simply run around and go forward to the square. If you managed to negotiate with the Ogre on the tower, then he will shoot at the enemies in this area. We go to the open space and select all the objects of the earth. We go up the stairs and find the Shield of the Pursuer in the coffin. We go down and throw off a new ladder. Here, monsters with larvae that are vulnerable to fire roam everywhere. We use fire spells or a regular torch to defeat the monsters. Turn right and find the Titanite Shard. Below we deal with another lizard, and at the top we select a Titanite Shard. We move forward along the structure, send another lizard to the next world and pick up the Titanite Shard behind the tree. We go down, deal with another dead man and find the Ringing Vine. Climb the stairs, turn right and go through the window. We were able to open a fast path to the fire.

Now we run out of the temple, we reach the altar, and then we jump down. After we climb the stairs to the upper level. We go to the big gates, which are locked. We turn right and find the arrow. We lure him out and watch him fall. We find two pyromancers and kill them. We turn left, go to the roof, deal with the thieves and go down. There we destroy the crossbowmen and find the body. We approach him, and then we repel the attack of two slaves and the evangelist.

We return to the place where the three crossbowmen were and go down. We deal with the enemy, wielding a halberd, destroy all the slaves in the room and go upstairs. Lure enemies and kill them one by one. We open the gates to the Temple. We move forward along the corridor, deal with the mucus and go down to the next room. We face the Deacons, go further and find the elevator. This is another quick way to the campfire. We use it to go up and open the passage to the save point.

We leave for the next room and get into the area with the giant. We move forward, not being distracted by enemies, and we reach the crossbowman. We turn right, then we run to the left and we find the spell Find directions. We turn 90 degrees and go up the stairs. We deal with the evangelist and find Coal. We go down and do not turn anywhere. We find a room with a chest. We attack the chest, since it is actually a Mimic. The monster's corpse will drop an Abyssal Sacred Tome.

We go back and approach the second giant. On the right we find a small area. We pass to it and activate the lever. In the main hall there was the same lever that raised the gate through which we have to go a little later. We enter the battle with the second giant. First of all, we destroy all the slugs, and then we run under the feet of the enemy and inflict maximum blows on him. We take the Great Soul of an unknown traveler, Dorran's set and Pale tongue and climb the stairs up. Having reached the altar, we deal with two magicians and one knight wielding a two-handed sword. Behind the benches lies Coal. We go around the altar and go down to the boss. However, before meeting with the boss, you can explore the secret location.

Rosaria's Fingers Covenant and stat point redistribution

We get to the previous fire, turn left and go up the elevator. We deal with the shooter, approach the ledge and turn left again. We reach the stairs, climb the stairs and destroy the magician. We jump down, send slaves and the enemy, who skillfully wields an ax, to the next world. We go forward and kill Hollow with a halberd. If you go right and go downstairs, you can find the Crossbow. We move forward to the very end and find the Pale Tongue.

We return to the fork and turn right. We fall into a narrow passage. We are trying to lure the Knights of the Temple and wait until they fall into the pit. There will also be a couple of slaves here. We go forward, where the crossbowman used to stand, and jump down. The Larvae will immediately jump on us. We deal with them with the help of a torch. At the end of the path we find a neutral Larva. Kill her and pick up the Red Chalk. We go in the right door and activate the fire. We pass a little further and find the Rosary. We talk with her and join the Rosary's Fingers covenant. The girl will be able to redistribute the characteristics, and change her appearance.

Now we go back to the altar and reach the passage covered with white fog. We go inside and face the local boss.

Deacons of The Deep boss fight

A detailed description of the battle can be read in our separate article. Here we will indicate only the basic tactics. The battle will not take place with a specific enemy, but with a whole crowd of deacons. It is not necessary to destroy all of them, as they will constantly resurrect. At the first stage, it is worth killing only those deacons who have been infused with a red essence.

When the boss's health scale drops to 50 percent, the Archbishop will appear on the scene with his henchmen. They will heal him and fire dark spells at us. First we kill the assistants, and then we deal with the Archbishop. From the corpse of the enemy we select the Soul of the deacons from the depths and the Small doll.

Farron Keep

Teleport to the second bonfire located in the Path of Sacrifices location. Then we go to its center. Near the passage we see two guards: one with a large two-handed sword, and the second with a hammer. We lure them out and kill them one by one. From the bodies we select the Two-Handed Sword of the Exile and the Huge Club. Once in the Farron Citadel, we find the Bone of Return and go down the stairs to the fire.

We move forward and face two Slugs. These opponents are weak on their own, but can poison the main character. In addition, most of the floor will be covered with poisonous slime, slowing down the character's movements. We light, as quickly as possible, three flames and open the door leading to the Blood of the Wolf.

We turn left and go around the corner. There we find a Lump of Purple Moss. If you go a little further, you can find the Iron Flesh spell. Then we go around marshy places on a small hill. On the way, we find a Titanite Shard. We leave for the broken bridge and select the Shard from the Estus Flask to the right of it.

Now we go to the left island and find the Rainbow Stone there. After we look for a fire. To do this, we get to the road located near the destroyed tower and leading to the right. We move forward along it and deal with the spearman. There will be a small building on the right. We approach him and light a flame on him. We go down and turn right. Near the turret we deal with the dark spirit and select the Connoisseur's Coal. Going forward, we find the second structure on which you need to light a fire. We go to the bridge, send two spearmen to the next world and activate the fire.

You need to go down and turn left. We go into the forest and deal with the crab. Then we find a Titanite Shard near the tree. We approach the wall, which was guarded by a crab, and take away all the things lying there. We move along the wall and destroy several spearmen. We find them the Scroll of the connoisseur. We go around the rock and see a bridge leading to the fire we found earlier. We get to the tower, located on the side of the bridge. In it, we shred all the slugs into cabbage and take the Burning Bone Shard. We go along the wall to the stairs. We do not go up, but we reach the island on which the Amulet of the Sun and Estus Soup are located. We run to the neighboring island and pick up the Titanite Shard. We go to the next island and find Set of the nameless knight. Now you can climb up and light the third fire, killing the shaman in the process. After that, the doors leading to the location with the boss will open. However, we are not in a hurry to go there, as we have unfinished business.

We destroy the tombstones and go down to the swamp. We face the Basilisks, and then move forward to the very end. We see the entrance to the cave on the right. We go into it and select a set of the Maiden's Robe and the Golden Scroll. We go back to the stairs. We go upstairs, go out onto the balcony and deal with the crystal lizard. We beat on the right wall, thereby opening the passage to the secret area. We pick up the Dreamer's Ashes and jump down. We activate the fire and talk with the old wolf of Farron. He will offer us to join the Farron Watchdogs covenant. We go into the elevator and go up. On the left we see the Lost Demon, but before going to him, we turn right. We jump down, get into the territory behind the gate and kill two crystal lizards. From the bodies we select the Dragon Heraldry Shield and the Thunder Spear. We rise, cracking down on all the dead on our way, jump onto the platform and engage in a fight with the demon.

This mini-boss will immediately begin to do a big swing as soon as you get too close to him. Therefore, we do a somersault to be behind the back or near the opponent's stomach. We beat him several times, and then we bounce to the side. We repeat this procedure until the end. Beware of his tail and the stones he will throw at you from time to time. Sometimes a stray demon will capture and throw the hero, causing him considerable damage.

After killing the demon, we go to the main boss of the location. We go to the opened doors and go upstairs. There we deal with the shaman, and then we go down. We move forward and see how the dark spirits are fighting with the guards. We approach the tree and take Coal. We go to the top of the slope and find the Black Beetle Pill. We return to the road and go in the opposite direction, and then turn right into the stone room. We activate the fire, deal with the spearmen and kill the Giant Crystal Lizard. We open the passage to the location Path of victims and go back to the road. We reach the end of the path, get to the passage covered with white fog, and get into the location with the boss.

Abyss Watchers boss fight

You can read the full tactics of the battle with this boss in our separate article, but here we will only indicate the main points of the battle with him. At the first stage, you should not have any difficulties, since you will have to fight with one not very strong Guardian. After a while, a second enemy will appear, followed by a third. True, the latter will begin to attack not only the hero, but also the other two Guardians. Therefore, you can just run to the side and watch how he deals with the boss. When everyone dies, a cut-scene will start, and after it, the second phase will begin.

One enemy will appear, but a very strong one. He wields a large fiery sword, so it is worth taking a shield with high protection against physical and fire damage. The easiest way to deal with him is to use the following tactics: move away from the boss, wait for him to lunge, dodge the blow, and then start hitting him. After that, we retreat again and repeat the process to the bitter end. From the corpse of the boss we select Soul of wolf blood and Ashes of the lord.

We activate the fire that has appeared, go to the wall and watch how it drives off to the side. This will open the passage to the next location.
