Criminal "infantry" of Putin. Part 1: Kadyrov's rabble

According to the passport, this man's name is Magomed Daudov, a former Wakhabbit, nicknamed "Lord". Timur is his second home name (this happens among Chechens). The film says that Magomed (Timur) Daudov joined Basayev in 2001, was the emir (governor) in his village Geldagan, but now he is “for Russia” and “for the people”.

I think many people recognized him. This is the same Daudov, now the head of the Chechen parliament, who in 2016 threatened the anti-Putin opposition in Russia, which would incite the Caucasian shepherd Kadyrov, nicknamed Tarzan, on them, whose fangs are itching.

Putin's Caucasian Shepherd Dog, which itches all the time, is, by the way, a very apt definition for Kadyrov.

Lord at Padishah. What is Magomed Daudov known for?

Magomed Daudov, better known by his call sign "Lord", is a member of Ramzan Kadyrov's inner circle, performing, in fact, the "special assignments" of the head of the republic. Only Putin can besiege the Chechen "Lord"

Last Saturday, the speaker of the Chechen parliament, Magomed Daudov, also known as Lord, posted on his Instagram an image of a pug with a tied language and the caption “How to untie the“ Caucasian knot ”? In a post under the picture, the politician wrote that there is such a formidable-looking, but inherently cowardly mongrel named Shved, who pits Caucasian shepherd dogs against Alabai for foreign grub. In this regard, Daudov proposed to shorten the Swede's tongue and pull out the fangs of wisdom. The press secretary of the head of Chechnya, Alvi Karimov, said that Shvedov is a person, while Daudov wrote about a dog. In this regard, the Chechen authorities do not understand at all why everyone is so alarmed.

Who is Lord.

Briefly What you need to know about Magomed Daudov - Ramzan Kadyrov's closest ally

The chairman of the Chechen parliament, 35-year-old Magomed Daudov, known by the nickname Lord, became a news hero after his harsh statements about the Russian opposition. He called the opponents of the government "traitors" and "saboteurs" who are trying to harm Russia. Daudov, Kadyrov's closest associate, also posted on his instagram a photo of the Caucasian shepherd dog Ramzan Kadyrov, nicknamed Tarzan, saying that the dog has "itching teeth" on oppositionists and human rights activists. Meduza briefly tells what Daudov is known for.

"Thank you Ramzan"

The mayor of Grozny is called Kadyrov. He is 27. The head of the Hafiz schools is also called Kadyrov, 17 years old. Relatives of Delimkhanov, "Patriot" [Abuzaid Vismuradov - approx. K. ru] and "lord" [Magomed Daudov - approx. K.ru] - the first persons. Delimkhanov kicks a golden machine gun under the bed. He rebuilt himself a new palace, which is not allowed to Fotat. Ramzan himself has a new palace with a zoo in addition to the old one in Gudermes. They also own businesses, such as the Leader gas station, where checks are not issued. The main capital is kept in Dubai.

"We have no namesakes." Kadyrov's clan: who rules Chechnya

Security in Chechnya now comes first. Therefore, the power structures of the republic are headed only by people close to Ramzan - relatives or most loyal friends. As members of the family of Adam Delimkhanov, a State Duma deputy, whom Kadyrov himself described as "closer than a brother" and "a man who can replace me." The inner circle also includes Abuzaid Vismuradov (“Patriot”), who heads Kadyrov’s bodyguard, and Magomed Daudov (“Lord”), speaker of parliament. The fist and the voice are also part of the clan, but thanks not to blood relationship, but to "something greater." "Lord" - a former militant who came out of the forest and swore allegiance to Ramzan - received a nickname from Kadyrov for his "English" style of dress. There are legends about "Patriot" Vismuradov that he calculates even those who write badly about Ramzan on the Internet. Surely bikes, but very revealing.

Dzhabrailov, a victim of murky extortion, became the accused

Earlier, on June 3, the portal Kavkaz.Realii (a project of Radio Liberty), citing sources in Moscow, reported that the speaker of the Chechen parliament, Magomed Daudov, demanded 30 million rubles from Dzhabrailov. According to the interlocutors of the publication, this took place in the office of the first deputy chairman of the Chechen government, Yakub Zakriev. At that moment, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Chechnya Apti Alaudinov and the Prosecutor General of Chechnya Sharpudi Abdul-Kadyrov were also present there.

"Lord Speaker" Daudov disgraced himself throughout Chechnya

An attempt to "nightmare" the slender judge ended with a global apology.

October 7 on the website of the project "Radio Liberty" - "Caucasus. Realii "- there was information about the beating of the acting. Chairman of the Supreme Court of Chechnya (Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic) Takhir Murdalov, guards of the speaker of the Chechen parliament Magomed Daudov, better known by his call sign "Lord".

[RBC, 10/07/2016, "The media learned about the beating of the head of the Supreme Court of Chechnya by the speaker of parliament": The press secretary of the head of Chechnya, Alvi Karimov, did not answer the question. The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Chechen Republic, upon a request to comment on the information, said that “they have heard about it for the first time”.

And about. the press secretary of the Supreme Court of Chechnya Indarbek Kaimov said that he knew nothing about the incident. “Didn't hear, right. I don't know at all. I read it on the Internet, yes. But I can’t confirm it anyway, ”he said - insert K.ru]

Magomed Daudov is a member of Ramzan Kadyrov's inner circle, performing, in fact, the "special assignments" of the head of the republic. He has a reputation as a very dangerous person: they are afraid of him in the republic; Daudov is a defendant in many scandalous stories related to intimidation of both directly residents of Chechnya and critics of Kadyrov outside of it.

Novaya Gazeta learned about the conflict the day before (October 6, when the incident took place). However, there was no sufficient confirmation of the incident, and the editorial board decided to postpone the publication. The next day, information about Lord's “visit” to the court was confirmed by several sources of “Novaya”, including the FSB of the Chechen Republic (UFSB officer Pavel Shkurikhin, in charge of Chechen justice, witnessed the appearance of Lord and his guards in court). Also, one of Novaya's sources said that the chairman of the Gudermes City Court, Alavdin Gardaloev, was present at the meeting between the Lord and Murdalov. This information does not correspond to reality: Alavdin Gardaloev personally said that he was not at this meeting and, accordingly, did not witness the pressure that the speaker of the Chechen parliament Daudov put on the acting Chairman of the Armed Forces of the Chechen Republic Murdalov in order to force the latter to resign.

Gardaloev contacted Novaya Gazeta. In a telephone conversation, he confirmed to a Novaya Gazeta correspondent that he had not been present at the Chechen Supreme Court that day. "I do not know what<там>happened, the information is very contradictory. But as a federal judge, as a lawyer, - said Gardaloev, - I consider any pressure on the court illegal and unacceptable and I am ready to repeat it anywhere and to anyone. "

The editors apologize to the chairman of the Gudermes City Court, Alavdin Gardaloev. Not only because the information about his presence at the scene of the conflict does not correspond to reality and tarnishes his reputation, but also because in this case the newspaper's sources were clearly trying to use the journalists for their own purposes. Namely, to prevent Gardaloev's possible participation in the competition for the vacant position of the Chief Justice of the Chechen Supreme Court.

The chairman of the Gudermes City Court, Alavdin Gardaloev, is one of the most likely candidates for the vacant post of Chairman of the Armed Forces of the Chechen Republic, although, according to him, "it has not yet been decided whether to submit documents."

The competition for this position should be announced in the near future, since the resignation of the chairman of the Chechen Supreme Court Magomed Karataev was considered by the High Qualification Commission of Judges of the Russian Federation on September 28. Karataev's powers were officially terminated on October 9.

Novaya Gazeta managed to reconstruct the chronology of the October 6 events, which resulted in a loud scandal.

On that day, the Supreme Court of Chechnya received an order, signed by the Chairman of the RF Armed Forces, Lebedev, on the appointment of Takhir Murdalov as Acting Chairman of the Armed Forces of the Chechen Republic. Until that time, for five months, the judicial system of Chechnya, in fact, was beheaded.

On May 5, Ramzan Kadyrov at a meeting demanded that the leadership of the Armed Forces of the Chechen Republic immediately resign. Two judges were stripped of their status the very next day. But the dismissal of the chairman of the Armed Forces of the Chechen Republic Magomed Karataev and his deputy Takhir Murdalov was in the jurisdiction of the Supreme Qualification Collegium of Judges of the Russian Federation (VKKS RF). Takhir Murdalov never submitted an application to the VKKS RF with a request to resign. Magomed Karataev fought desperately for his position, in connection with which he went first on sick leave, and then on long-term leave, and all this time he negotiated with the leadership of Chechnya, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the administration of the President of Russia and with influential employees of the Putin apparatus itself. He never managed to get Kadyrov's "forgiveness" or Moscow's support.

All this time, the Supreme Court of Chechnya has carried out its activities in a rather unusual way. Not physically able to appear in the building of the Supreme Court of the Chechen Republic, Karataev gathered judges for meetings in a cafe nearby or conducted them right on the street. The main burden of organizing the work of the Chechen courts in this stressful situation fell on Murdalov.

All these months, the speaker of the Chechen parliament, Daudov (Lord), guided by some of his own interests and on his own initiative (when no one even demanded), continued to persistently seek Murdalov's dismissal. But the latter showed persistence. As a result, the conflict grew into a personal clinch and became for Magomed Daudov, unaccustomed to such disobedience, a kind of "matter of honor."

According to our information, during the pre-election period, Kadyrov categorically forbade his entourage to give any reasons for federal scandals. In addition, according to Novaya Gazeta, part of Kadyrov's entourage hoped for post-election personnel changes in the Chechen Interior Ministry. However, Moscow refused the proposed replacement of the current Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic Ruslan Alkhanov with the candidacy of Magomed Daudov and closed this topic. The post of Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic would allow the ambitious Lord to finally realize his old dream of general's shoulder straps. Alas, after the elections he was returned to the Chechen parliament, which has no influence in the republic.

The conflict grew into a personal clinch and became for Daudov, unaccustomed to such disobedience, a kind of "matter of honor"

On October 6, Magomed Daudov, without coordinating his actions with the head of the republic, decided to hold a "final conversation" with Murdalov. At the same time, he ignored the information situation, which was not the best for the republican leadership. On the eve of Chechnya twice gave rise to harsh criticism. First, Ramzan Kadyrov called on the security forces to “shoot” everyone who “violates peace and security in Chechnya,” meaning drug addicts and those responsible for road accidents. And on October 4, a scandal broke out over the ultimate fighting involving three of Kadyrov's sons. This is the first time that Kadyrov's children have become involved in a federal scandal, and the head of Chechnya, according to available information, took this situation very painfully. He personally made a lot of efforts to hush up the scandal and, in fact, for the first time himself, albeit very evasively, apologized to the president of the Union of Mixed Martial Arts MMA of Russia Fedor Emelianenko for the derogatory attacks and insolent threats of his entourage against him.

On October 6, at 4 pm, Lord drove up to the building of the Armed Forces of the Chechen Republic. His bodyguards (about 20 people) cordoned off the court. Lord first looked for Murdalov on the third floor of the court (the reception is on the second floor, but the Lord, apparently, did not know this). Then he went into the office of judges Uzieva and Dakayeva (their office opposite the reception) and asked where Murdalov was sitting. Then the Lord, with one of his guards, went into the waiting room of the acting. Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Chechen Republic and ordered to call the chairman of the qualification collegium of judges of the Chechen Republic Turko Arsemerzaev. At that moment, the curator of the FSB Department Pavel Shkurikhin was in Murdalov's office; he left the courthouse a few minutes after the Lord's arrival. Thus, four people were in Murdalov's office for forty minutes: he himself, the speaker of parliament Daudov, federal judge Turko Arsemerzayev, and one of Daudov's bodyguards.

The Lord's guard was on duty at the door of Murdalov's office all this time, and three more guards were in front of the entrance to the reception area. During this time, two of Murdalov's relatives, who apparently learned about the situation, were able to quickly arrive and even get into the courthouse. But the Lord's guard would not let them go any further.

At least six people, including four judges, observed how events developed (who came, who left) (the door to Murdalov's office remained open). One of the witnesses, Judge Timur Emiyev, later denied the fact of the beating, but Emiyev himself very quickly left the courthouse and was not an eyewitness to all the events.

At about 4:40 pm, the first deputy minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Chechen Republic, Apti Alaudinov, arrived at the court (he has no less frightening reputation in the republic than Lord). Alaudinov immediately went straight to Murdalov's office. A little later, the head of the administration of the head of the republic Islam Kadyrov drove up to the courthouse, but after talking with the Lord's guards, he did not enter the courthouse. Nearby stood court officials who heard Kadyrov's conversation with the guards and interpreted it in a very curious way: the head of the Chechen leader’s administration refused to participate in this conflict, since the Lord’s visit to the Chechen Supreme Court had not been coordinated with Ramzan Kadyrov.

At 17:00 Daudov and Alaudinov left the courthouse.

The physical violence used against Murdalov was first of all reported by his frightened relatives. The effect of word of mouth was immediately triggered, and this information was overgrown with rumors about the unanimous refusal of all medical institutions in Chechnya to examine Murdalov.

The uninvited "guests" of Murdalov really decided to move from words to deeds, but this had the opposite effect: the elderly, slender in his build Murdalov showed a willingness to die rather than surrender. Despite the pressure, Takhir Murdalov categorically refused to submit his resignation, moreover, he informed the Lord about the "fresh" decree of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Russia Vyacheslav Lebedev, according to which it is Murdalov who is now acting as Chairman of the Supreme Court of Chechnya (until the end of the competition and the appointment new chairman).

The situation was so atypical that the "aggressors" were clearly confused and did not cross a certain line. In addition, there was concern that a video was being filmed in the office. The office of the court told Novaya Gazeta that the video surveillance system did not work on October 6 (unexpectedly broke down), but there is information that the Chechen Federal Security Service (FSB) nevertheless removed all data from cameras (both external and internal).

Despite the unconvincing denial of the beating (two days later) by Murdalov himself, the fact of pressure on the federal judge raises no doubts. Moreover! This fact, in fact, was recognized by all parties to the conflict (they only deny the beating itself, but not the Lord's "visit" to the court).

According to Novaya Gazeta, the very next day Daudov called Murdalov with a request not to publicize this situation. In return, Murdalov was promised that no more demands would be presented to him. However, there were too many witnesses, and the information had already reached the journalists. Thus, it was impossible to prevent publicity, the maximum that Murdalov could do was not to comment.

After the news about Murdalov and Lord spread through the federal media, the already traditional "epic of apologies" began in Chechnya. In the village where the Murdalovs live, imams, elders, high-ranking Chechen officials and security forces have pulled up. In the background, observing the neutrality of the observers, FSB officers were on duty, reporting on what was happening to their own authorities. As a result, on the evening of October 8, Chechen television showed a plot with an extremely meager commentary from Murdalov himself, who did not apologize to anyone, but only denied the fact of beating (but not the fact of pressure).

The dry residue of this intrigue is as follows.

The influential and terrible Magomed Daudov found himself in a completely unexpected situation for himself. Moreover, he also framed Ramzan Kadyrov with his actions, since according to the established tradition, all blatant demonstrative violations of Russian law in Chechnya are blamed on the head of the republic by the federal media.

But the situation with local judges for Ramzan Kadyrov is no longer relevant for a long time. Having made a decision at the republican level, he entrusted the coordination of this decision with Moscow to the State Duma deputy from the Chechen Republic Adam Delimkhanov, who acts as a full-fledged second person of Chechnya.

Magomed Daudov, who is jealous of Delimkhanov, is clearly inferior to that in terms of influence, which is demonstrated by this unsuccessful attempt to play on the opponent's field.

Family status:

Magomed Daudov is married and has 11 children.

Fight against terrorism:

Magomed Daudov has repeatedly organized special operations against bandit formations on the territory of the Chechen Republic. So, on February 13, 2006, in the village of Urus-Martan, he and his subordinates blocked Dzhabrail Abdurzakov, “the emir of the village of Avtury,” nicknamed “Shram,” with his subordinates. He responded to the offer to surrender with automatic fire, after which Magomed Daudov broke into the household and eliminated the bandit.

In September 2006, M. Daudov prepared and personally led a special operation to destroy the Muskiev brothers. One of the killed Isa Muskiev was known as "Emir Khalid", was considered the "curator" of bandit groups operating in the Shalinsky, Kurchaloyevsky districts and the city of Argun.

In 2007, M. Daudov, thanks to successful tactical actions, managed to neutralize Takhir Batayev, the brigadier general of Ichkeria, the commander of the North-Eastern Front. On the account of his bandit group there were numerous killings of law enforcement officers and civilians.

In the same 2007, Magomed Daudov received operational information about the whereabouts of the Deputy Prime Minister of the unrecognized Chechen Republic of Ichkeria and the "Emir of the Vedensky District" Suleiman Imurzaev. It was he who took responsibility for the explosion in Grozny on May 9, 2004, as a result of which the First President of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov was killed. Daudov organized an ambush on the bandit, which the terrorist got into on April 4, 2007. During the ensuing battle, Imurzaev was killed.

Magomed Daudov, better known by his call sign "Lord", is a member of Ramzan Kadyrov's inner circle, performing, in fact, the "special assignments" of the head of the republic. Daudov has a reputation as a very dangerous person. He is a figurant in many scandalous stories related to intimidation both directly of residents of Chechnya and of Kadyrov's critics outside of its borders.

Biography

Magomed Daudov was born in 1980. During the First and Second Chechen Wars, he fought on the side of the militants, but after Akhmat Kadyrov announced the amnesty, he “left the forest” and joined the ranks of the Russian army.

Here Magomed Daudov rose to the rank of colonel, participated in the fight against the remaining armed Chechen underground, and later, in commanding positions, was engaged in the fight against organized crime and human trafficking as part of the Chechen Interior Ministry.

In 2007, Vladimir Putin awarded Daudov the title "Hero of Russia" with the wording: "For courage and heroism."

Since 2010, Daudov has been the curator of the power bloc in Chechnya, and then a key official under Kadyrov. Currently - speaker of the Chechen parliament.

What Magomed Daudov is known for in Chechnya. And beyond

2017. "Re-educated" gays

In early 2017, Novaya Gazeta spoke about the testimonies of Chechens who had been to secret prisons on suspicion of homosexual relationships and who managed to escape from Chechnya. From their stories it followed that Magomed Daudov knew well about the raids on homosexuals that had begun. Moreover, Daudov personally came to secret prisons and himself supervised the transfer of the detained Chechens to their relatives (the procedure worked only after the detainees had admitted guilt; and of the relatives of the detainees, only men were summoned to a “meeting” with Daudov).

During this "meeting" with relatives, Daudov first told what the detainees had confessed to, then scolded the relatives themselves and only then handed them over to their relatives.

For the Chechens released from prison, this did not mean freedom at all: at home they became outcasts, and the "shame" that they brought upon their entire family, according to ancient customs, was "washed off by blood." The editors know the names of several victims.

On May 26, the international human rights organization Human Rights Watch published a report based on the stories of Chechens who escaped from the republic after being tortured in secret prisons, where they were placed on suspicion of homosexual relations. The name of the speaker of the Chechen parliament Magomed Daudov sounded there again.

from the report by hrw 05/26/2017

“It seems that Daudov played a key role in organizing the“ cleansing ”of the republic from gays, approved by the republican leadership. Most of our interlocutors from among the former detainees said that they heard how the security officials who had captured them and mocked them talked about Daudov and about the command he had allegedly sent to a tough “clean-up” of gays. Three people we interviewed personally saw Daudov when they were detained in Argun and Grozny. "

2016. Threatened journalists

In November 2016, Magomed Daudov issued a harsh statement to the editor-in-chief of the Caucasian Knot website, Grigory Shvedov, threatening him to “pull out a couple of fangs of wisdom” and “shorten the tongue to standard sizes”. Shvedov perceived Daudov's post as a threat to the journalists of his publication. In January of this year, the journalist filed an application with the Investigative Committee in connection with the threats from Daudov.

2016. Abolished drunkenness

At the end of October, Daudov finally solved the problem of drunkenness in Chechnya: he proposed to completely ban the sale of alcohol. The owners of shops, who were invited to meet with Daudov, who had permission to trade in alcohol in the republic, immediately renounced their licenses. The incident occurred after a resonant road accident with 7 deaths, which happened due to the fault of a drunk driver. (The driver's relatives then left Chechnya)

2016. Accused of beating up the chief Chechen judge

In October 2016, the name of Daudov appeared in the scandal with the beating of the acting chairman of the Supreme Court of Chechnya, Takhir Murdalov. The Caucasian Realities website told about the beating, and Novaya Gazeta had information about Daudov's visit to Murdalov's office, who, despite threats, refused to sign a letter of resignation for health reasons (Kadyrov was dissatisfied with Murdalov the day before arranged for the entire Chechen judiciary to be dragged out). The story received federal resonance, and when Murdalov was forced on the air of Grozny television to refute his beating. At the same time, no one began to refute the fact of Daudov's pressure on the chief Chechen judge.

2015. Supervised the "correct news" about Chechnya in the media and the blogosphere

In 2015, "Novaya Gazeta" about the specific struggle of the Chechen authorities for "correct news" about the republic, which was entrusted to Daudov. Officials were given orders about the minimum number of positive comments about Chechnya in social networks per day, bloggers writing about Chechnya “incorrectly” from the point of view of the authorities were persuaded - both in word and deed (they punched the address of an inadvertently expressed Internet user, came to him with a video camera and filmed apologies or degrading videos).

At the end of 2014, Magomed Daudov and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya Apti Alautdinov were included by the US State Department in the sanctions list for "torture and abduction of activist Ruslan Kutaev."

The sanctions involve a ban on these individuals from entering the United States and freezing their assets on the territory.

2014. Conflict with Chechen politician Ruslan Kutaev

On February 20, 2014, Ruslan Kutaev, a 60-year-old politician and associate of Gennady Gudkov, told the investigator that he was Magomed Daudov, then the head of Kadyrov's administration.

Kutaev is the only one who did not obey Daudov and did not appear at the reception to Kadyrov, who was dissatisfied with the holding of the conference on the anniversary of the deportation of the Chechen people on February 23 (Kadyrov moved the date to May). The refusal was followed by revenge: Kutaev was detained, beaten (among those who beat him, according to Kutaev, there was also Daudov), a criminal case was opened for possession of drugs and convicted.

from the testimony of Ruslan Kutaev

“After removing my jacket from my head, I noticed that we are between two two-storey buildings made of red brick, if they show me these buildings, I can recognize the place ...

Daudov Magomed and the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic Alaudinov Apti ... began to strike all over the body and head with kicks and punches. As a result, I lost consciousness, but, regaining consciousness, I heard Daudov Magomed ordered to throw me into the basement ... About 10 pm a guy came in there ... He was 180 cm tall, aged 30-35 years old, of a dense build, a rounded face with a red beard ... On the little finger of his right hand he had a signet of white metal with a pattern in the form of "Crown". This guy took out handcuffs from a black briefcase, a folding knife with a blade about 40 cm with a black plastic handle, and an object in the form of a TV remote control, using which<приставляя нож к шее>he passed electric charges through my body ... "

2011. Explained to the jury that they had passed the wrong sentence

In 2011, the media talked about the episode with Daudov, who chastises the members of the jury who acquitted the accused Chechens. Those were accused of participating in a bandit formation. Magomed Daudov was then the deputy chairman of the government of Chechnya and the jury that the acquitted would still be punished, since the case was under the control of the "padishah" (ie, Kadyrov).

from Magomed Daudov's appeal to the jury who acquitted the defendants

“You should be ashamed, you are the people who judge before the Almighty, the people who were introduced from the region, believing that you will speak the truth, thinking that since this one had a father killed, this Wahhabis killed a brother, this one - a cousin<…>... But you have no face, you are not Chechens, you are guilty before the Almighty, because you passed an unjust sentence, you trampled on someone else's blood, you took on someone else's blood and released the criminals ... Padishakh (Ramzan Kadyrov) took<это дело>under your personal control,<потому что>this will not work here. They<оправданные>will be punished, as required by our law ... "
